Introduction to Training Seminar *

All Entry-Level Classes (Puppy, Beginners & Reactive Rover) include participation in a 1-session “Introduction to Training Seminar” prior to the first class session. An entry level class consisting of the Introduction to Training Seminar followed by 6 weekly classes. Basic obedience skills and training techniques and tips are the focus of this class. This class introduces dogs and handlers to the sport of Rally Competition while also focusing on loose leash walking. All of the skills used in AKC Novice Rally will be introduced. Reactive Rover *

Outdoor Adventures

This course works on basic obedience skills and good manners in a different location every class. This is an advanced class that deals with distractions in the environment. The class visits such locations as pet-friendly stores, local parks, farms, and (occasionally) a local nursing home. (more…)

C.L.A.S.S.—B.A.

The Introductory Seminar (for humans only — no dogs necessary) is included in the course fee, and will be offered at a variety of times to enable all students to choose a session that fits their schedule. Introduction to Training Seminar dates can be selected during registration for the class.
