All withdrawals and class changes are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Due to our small class sizes and the fact that many of our classes fill quickly, it can be disruptive when a student opts to withdraw or change classes after registration. While we are happy to do our best to accommodate your need to change classes or withdraw from a class, we have implemented a processing fee of $25 for all changes and withdrawals.
Refunds
- A partial refund (less $25 processing fee) will be provided if notice of withdrawal from class is received at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first class session (or at least 48 hours prior to the introductory seminar for entry-level classes).
- No refund will be provided for withdrawals that occur less than 48 hours before the start of the first class session (or less than 48 hours before the introductory seminar for entry-level classes).
- There will be no partial refunds for classes missed or if the student voluntarily withdraws from class after the sessions begin.
