Roseanne Foy has had dogs of various breeds for most of her life, beginning with a mixed breed named Taffy before beginning school. She has been training dogs in the Harrisburg/Elizabethtown area for over 20 years both as a trainer of service dogs and as a trainer of family pets. As a trainer of service dogs, she taught dogs to assist with mobility, developmental, and hearing disabilities and acted as the coordinator for the organization’s extensive puppy raising program. While a service dog trainer, Roseanne earned the designation of Certified Assistance Dog Trainer from Assistance Dogs International.

In addition to training dogs, Roseanne has had experience training other species of pets—including a rabbit named Thumper who would come when called and multiple birds and cats.

Roseanne is an evaluator for all levels of the AKC Canine Good Citizen program. She has shown her dogs in rally obedience and Canine Good Citizen. She is a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the Harrisburg Kennel Club.

Roseanne teaches Puppy, Beginners, Advanced Manners, Puppy Travels & CLASS – BA.
