It’s never too early to get that puppy started with the basic skills they will need to be good family members. This entry-level class for puppies at least 8 weeks old to less than 6 months old (at the start of class) focuses on socialization and teaches the following skills: sit, down, come, stand, loose leash walking, no jumping, and attention. The first session of the course is our Introduction to Training Seminar which teaches handlers the basics of Redfern’s training techniques.

All Entry-Level Classes (Puppy or Beginners) include participation in a 2 hour, one time “Introduction to Training Seminar” prior to the first class session. This mandatory Introductory Seminar (for humans only — no dogs necessary) is included in the course fee, and will be offered at a variety of times to enable all students to choose a session that fits their schedule.

Introduction to Training Seminar dates can be selected during registration for the Puppy or Beginners class.
