Please read the description below carefully before you click register. The fee for the evaluation/mini-consult is non-refundable.

Reactive Rover is a two part program. This registration is for part one only.

Reactive Rover is for dogs who reactive inappropriately to other dogs when they are on leash or in controlled settings like a class. It is not a program for dogs who are aggressive to humans or dogs who have a bite history.

In order to determine if the Reactive Rover class is the best option for your dog, you must first register for and complete a detailed behavior history and a one-on-one mini-consult/evaluation before you register for the Reactive Rover class sessions. After reviewing your dog’s history and evaluating your dog in a one-on-one setting, our instructor will consult with you on the appropriate next steps.

The class sessions focus on teaching human handlers the necessary skills to prevent and/or interrupt their dog’s reactive responses. While we do teach some obedience behaviors that relate to the program’s goals, that is not the primary focus of the class.

Because dog behavior can change over time, your evaluation is valid for a Reactive Rover class beginning within 6 months of an appropriate evaluation. If you haven’t started your course within that time frame, we may require a new evaluation.
